We will share this information with licensed insurance agencies, brokers, and agents only.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request. When you make an inquiry about a certified broker/agent and by entering your personal information and clicking on the "Submit", you are authorizing the sharing of your inquiry and your personal information with other third parties who provide Health Care Coverage and insurance products or services.  We will not provide that information directly to any health care provider or insurance institutions and other services.   By submitting your information to us, you are also authorizing the parties to contact you directly. You expressly consent to receive phone calls whether or not you are on the Do Not Call list (federal or state).  However, you should be aware that we have no control over how other parties with whom we share your information may use it or whether they will sell or share your information with third parties. All “Certified broker/agents have executed an agreement to not share the information they received from this site.
